Overview
ExtractDB offers a free tier (CSV export only) and paid plans (Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime) that unlock all integrations. Paid plans are purchased through extractdb.com and processed securely via DodoPayments.
Free tier
The free tier requires no payment and no license key. It includes unlimited CSV exports only. Live integrations (Airtable, Google Sheets, Notion, and others) require a paid plan.
3-day free trial
Monthly and Annual plans include a 3-day free trial with full access to all integrations. You will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being billed.
30-day money-back guarantee
All paid plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund.
Cancellations
- Monthly: Cancel anytime. Your license remains active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges after cancellation.
- Annual: Your license remains active until the end of the paid year. You may cancel renewal; we do not auto-renew without your consent through the payment provider.
- Lifetime: One-time purchase — no subscription to cancel.

- Your registered email address
- Transaction or receipt details (if available)
- A brief description of your request
We aim to process approved refunds within 5–10 business days.
